I'm new to using eBay, so I hope I fill this out correctly. The only slight ding is, I felt the shipping time was a little long but fortunately that didn't put me in a bind. As for "seller communication", I received shipping notices from eBay, but not the seller directly, unless that is considered the same thing. Anyway, I gave 5 stars. The printer itself was packed very well and appears to be in excellent condition for its age. Nice printer for the price.

    Great monitor

    Product came with the cables I needed. It was packed securely and it arrived undamaged. Product was plugged in and worked without any difficulties. It was the cheapest monitor for its size on the market.
