The overall rating is positive. Unfortunately, the carrier mishandled the package and basically dropped the box off at our basement door and quickly dove off the property. The seller worked with me to make the transaction right with the damaged item. Great communication and great item! The slicer works great! Just don’t use FexEx at least where we live.
