Screen being made lesser quality only negative on it.
They chose to use a lesser quality screen for cost reduction. It has the worst ability in sunlight ever. I use this as my drone screen so this was a huge hit for me. I would have paid extra for the screens used in everything before this model, for the last several models. This was a poor decision. That said, everything else about this is amazing, speed, apps, everything. It's leaps ahead of the priors. I tried a screen protector but not the matte one yet, not sure that can help.They chose to use a lesser quality screen for cost reduction. It has the worst ability in sunlight ever. Very Upset
I am very Upset with this iPad it was supposed to be in Working Condition and it is Not, it glitchs out and will do things by its self even when Setting it up! I go it set it and thought maybe it would debug its self and that is not the case I then tried to Factory Rest it in hopes that would work and it didn't during Set up again it started glitching out and even shut its self off even though the Battery was at 100% Even when watching a video or movie and no one is touching it it will bring up the Power off screen or bring you to a different screen. The screen looks good but it doesn't seem to have good Touch to it I am very Upset with this iPad it was supposed to be in Working Condition and it is Not, it glitchs out and will do things by its self even when Setting it up! iPad good, rest of bundle not so much
iPad was easy to set up even with my limited tech skills. Case is annoying and won’t keep iPad upright. I could not get the screen protector on straight or eliminate bubbles under the surface. Gave up and threw it away. Keyboard good but hard to use if iPad is on my lap. For my rather unsophisticated needs, this 5th generation is very adequate. No need to spend big bucks on the latest. Screen is plenty big. iPad was easy to set up even with my limited tech skills. Case is annoying and won’t keep iPad upright. I could not get the screen protector on straight or eliminate bubbles under the surface. Gave up and threw it away. Keyboard good but hard to use if iPad is on my lap. For my rather unsophisticated needs, this 5th generation is very adequate. No need to spend big bucks on the latest. Screen is plenty big.
