Yes, have contacted seller serval times even filed a complaint with eBay that has gone unanswered. Ordered a Digital Scanner and received a cheap Analog Scanner that vender ordered through Amazon. It was ordered as a gift, came with a nice card stating it was a gift from SUN. Didn't know who sent it until I received notification that my order had been delivered. I sent the item back and to date have not received my correct order or a refund.

The item shown on eBay for sale by the seller, was not the original product as advertised. The seller bought a generic item from Amazon and charged me double the price. This was not eBay’s fault but the scam of the seller on eBay. Do not purchase what is advertised as Alurium Hair Growth Serum, as it is not the real product, it is a generic off brand. The seller is hiddpiwe21 (44). Steer clear of this seller. False advertising.
