If you're on the fence - this is a good buy!Here's the only misstep - the packaging was less than good. Styrofoam broken inside of the box, top of the box only partially taped (half open). Fortunately, all parts made it... and again, no damage to the unit and it works great. Would recommend this seller. Thanks!

I bought a refurbished item from this seller that listed, “in mint condition & like new.” When I received & unboxed it, I noticed a dent in the control panel that was never mentioned in the description before purchasing. I contacted the seller to resolve & they sent me a shipping label for a return. The item was packaged very well which meant it was damaged before shipment…false advertisement. Next, I had to contact eBay to reimburse me because they never did!!! Steer clear of this company!
