The scanner got damaged during shipment, unfortunately, but the seller gave me a 100% refund and said I didn’t need to return it. Very trustworthy seller and would buy from him again. I just wish delivery people were more careful with big heavy boxes! It was packaged safely and securely, but I think it just got shaken up too much.

The camera I got was in great condition and as described, but after a few minutes of using it the LCD touchscreen, it started to be less responsive, and eventually stopped responding to touch. Informed the seller and they immediately responded and offered me the option of a partial refund or to return the camera. I opted to keep the camera to play around with the screen.
