While not completely satisfied with the magnifiers, which I kept, I am very satisfied with the prompt and understanding customer service provided. Please note that these magnifiers are heavy (12 ounces) and large (8"x4"x1"). They certainly do not provide 30X magnification, but do magnify small test to a readable size. I would rate the magnifier 3/5 and the customer service a 5/5.

Product is as advertised and arrived relatively quickly, although, I'm not sure that the magnification is actually a true 30X. It's hard to say, I don't know of a way to test it, not off the top of my head anyway.
It is a powerful magnifier at any rate and the LEDs are more than sufficient for any job in which I can fathom using it.
