The spots are small and not very noticeable until inspected up close, the spots are shown in the photos next to a penny for size reference. I'm not certain if the spots will come out or not, I did wash the shirt but I didn't see them until after it was processed and being photographed so I wasn't able to use spot remover on it. Either way it's still a good shirt with a lot of life left to give to the right person. The photos are the most important part of the condition description so please see all photos before purchase, the actual item you will receive is shown in this listings photos.”
