Item arrived as described, brand new in box. Had a hiccup with shipping. USPS cited a delivery date of Monday 12/4. It didn't show, and no update on tracking. I contacted the seller on Wednesday, she went to her PO and did some checking. As it turns out, the item showed up on Friday 12/8. USPS is horrible at udating shipping info. I would definitely buy from this seller again.All in all, the tree stand showed up, the seller saved Christmas!

I do not have an issue with the seller. It s the carrier. The items that I purchased are mint condition. The price was very good. The shipping was included. The seller bubble wrapped the containers extremely well. No chance of being damaged the way they were wrapped. If the seller wishes I will purchase from them again.
My issue was the carrier was stuck in a loop. I recently went through the same problem with autoparts.
