The phone when powered on was at 80 went all the way down to 60 percent within 2 minutes and then jumped to 15 which is crazy. Item arrived in MUCH better condition than described! It literally looks brand new. I originally freaked a little because the USPS didn't scan the item when it was dropped off. Only when it was delivered. The iPod arrived the day it was stated on the auction. I had emailed the seller about this as I was worried and they got back to me in only 2-3 minutes... So AAAA++++ on communication also!

Either the seller tested it ahead of time, or I just got lucky! Seller did point out in the listing that the ios for this model is no longer supported by Apple, but all I need it for is play music on my motorcycle, which has a hard wired 30 pin plug. I have already synced it with my itunes.with no issues!
