Gets Hott real quick and then shuts off have to let it cool down turn off my head unit for 15-30 mins before I can play music again. Good price great power but doesnt last long enough!!

I use this amp to power a 12” kicker subwoofer and two small tweeters and in about half hr of playing it runs super hot and then chips (powers off), I either have to switch off and on the car or wait until it is cool enough to power itself back on. I’m currently researching a replacement for this as it is very annoying.

I have 2 competition shallow mount Kenwood 10"s with 2000W RMS and I still haven't turned the level more than 3/4 cuz I know it will blow them. Awesome amp.

A good amp. Bang for buck
This amp is a beast. I usto run this amp running 2x pioneer premium 3000w 1000rms each. 2gauge cables and 8gauge wires to subs. 10 frag compasitor, , run them perfectly, to the people in comments complaining about over heating, it's all about your setup. If you have big cables in and little cables out or to big of a fuse etc the amp will over heat,, you can also split earth your grounds witch can also help, trust someone who knows audio, this is a good amp This amp is a beast.
