Has no scratches, I haven't played it yet. Can't play in my car because of the rubber around the our side edge of the disc ( part of the design) radio in car won't pull it in.. got to use the house stereo instead.. afraid of pushing it in my car radio in fear of it not coming back out.

My CD arrived with a missing leg on the jewel case cover (missing part was not inside the package so broken off from before), and there is sharpie hand writing on the front label of the CD, which BTW was inserted inside out to hide the writing? The back of the CD is scratched and full of fingerprints. Quality control my foot! And also packaging was very flimsy.
