Has a Bluetooth radio in it but doesn't seem to have any API for a cell phone app. It may work better for some users rather than others at first. There are latencies involved with switching that it appears the microcontroller is capable of learning.

All right, long story short: received the unit.... and it was defective out of the box. I communicated with Lekato, and, after I proved via video that the transmitter component would not charge, Kelly at Lekato Music stepped up, and promptly sent a replacement, a whole new system. I received it over the weekend, and it charged up just fine, and is working as advertised. I haven't tested it extensively but so far I'd say tone and audio quality is very good.
And so...A Happy Ending.
