When I first received my necklace the spring clasp didn’t want to fully close on its own after pushing the lever back so I had to push lever forward myself to fully close it. not sure if the outside cold temperatures during its travels had anything to do with that. Spring clasp will fully close on its own now but its functionality isn’t of a great quality spring clasp. I give four stars because other than the spring clasp I like everything else.
