    get to the heart of it all

    beautifully re-mixed and re-mastered. john and yoko assembled a top rate band to back them up! tony levin on bass, andy newark on drums and earl slick and hugh mc cracken on guitar are top notch and you finally get to hear what is was all about! you finally get to listen to all the details and clarity the original album was lacking. yoko's songs are great as well; kind of early b-52s in their urgency. a real new wave classic; a gem! highly recommended.

    This CD by John Lennon is the best music he ever wrote and recorded it was great back then and it still is today bought the album when it first came out, glad i was able to find it again brings back great memories.

    John Lennon Double Fantasy Stripped Down

    This is a very nice Double Cd set , John's voice sounds so good . I still miss him to this day . The Stripped Cd sounds very Different Compared to the Original Release From 1980 . If your a Big John Lennon fan you will love this Double Cd set.
