Stylus did not retract as stated in instructions. End cap came out but stylus remained stuck in GPS. GPS works well and gives accurate information for my heavy duty vehicle, telling when roads are not suitable for me to use, but not having a working stylus makes it difficult to make selections overall. I reached out to the seller and a replacement stylus would have brought a higher rating, but that has not v=been received as of this time.
