I purchased two handpieces. One doesn't work! The description was not clear so I thought the straight nose attachment would be included. When I contacted the company they offered a discount for my inconveniences. But I could not use the link provided. I just re-ordered at regular price. I have had the complete set for one month and one of the handpieces does NOT work. I have written to the company and no one responded. Now I am forced to file a complaint with ebay.
