I got Xbox Wireless Controller – Remix Special Edition from Microsoft Outlet Store, the buying experience was good. The product is a slight disappointment. The textured grips are better than a basic controller, but not as good as the rubber grips on other Special Edition controllers like the FH5 one. Includes a long USB-A to USB-C charging cable for the battery pack but the cable cannot be used to update the firmware of the controller. I used a USB-C to USB-C cable from a Pixel 6 to update. :/
