Description was sorta clear about the cartridges, though not fully. Description said open box, not open packaging. Black cartridge was sealed, color cartridge had been open and there was an attempt to conceal this with glue. Black cartridge worked perfectly though the color cartridge did not. Under the circumstances, I have to assume you knew this. I’m satisfied because I bought the both for cheaper than a single cartridge price and that’s the only reason this review is positive.

The ink was dried out and not working but that was no fault of inksmile. A full refund was issued. That's the way it can go with outdated ink. HP has not made 74 and 75 ink cartridges in years. I may have to breakdown and get a new printer and print from my Windows 10 computer instead of my Windows XP computer. Too bad! Time marches on unfortunately!
