This was a open box item and thus came not well packaged & the box was very tattered. Was worried item wouldn’t work but did work. The on/off switch in the back is pushed due to that there was no dunnage to keep it stable. At least the item could have been zipped tied for its travel. Works for now and I do love the shredder and the price I purchased it for.

The item itself is great. It's a really nice tablet at a very fair price. The reason I'm leaving negative feedback is because of how things went after I bought it. The blunt truth is that this seller is a flat out liar. In the item description under the section about shipping, it says they will ship within two business days of payment and usually sooner. I bought this on 4/9/24. They didn't ship it until 4/16 or 4/17. I contacted them several times and was lied to each time.
