The item is as described and shipping time was reasonable. The scanner is fairly easy to set up and use. However, it is a low resolution home office scanner, so the images aren’t very sharp. Don’t expect professional film-to-file conversion results with this “mini” scanner. You get what you pay for, and this satisfaction level isn’t the fault of the seller. Overall, I thought that this was a satisfactory eBay transaction.

The machine does not scan as described. Unfortunately , it only scans as an enlargement, thus more than half of the slide image is not scanned. It is useless to me.
Otherwise it appears to work OK.
The service sending it to me was fast and on time. I do not think the seller knew of the scanner problem.

easier to use than my prior scanner, I think I can adjust it for my half frame slides, though difficult to correct for brightness (bad design by Kodak). pushing 2x2 slides through tends to jam, sometimes have to push in the wrong way

Item arrived without the cartridge. I contacted the seller and they stated that they don’t have the cartridge in stock. The seller offered me a full refund with no issue whatsoever. Item arrived brand new in box as described. It was the best price on the internet. The shipping was fast and packaged neatly. I was sad to send it back but I appreciate the seller.
