Counterfeit item. I have used this product for years and compared it with a legit purchase from the manufacturer. Tried to request a return (with photo proof of fake), but seller refused to take responsibility or accept return. Seller seems to believe that if the item shipped is the same as listing photo, it protects her from selling fakes. Had to open a claim with Ebay through “defective item” (counterfeit not offered as option). Seller then accused me of scamming her. Ebay decided in my favor.
