Great website with lots of information. The product itself looked great. It is a gift to overseas friends in Venezuela suffering from frequent and long outages lasting days. This is a nice compact unit and very easy to pic up and transport.
The frequency yh of tracking info leave something to be desired as it comes from Canada and not many updates to the status are made while in transit.
