Nice item/good value, but when I expressed an issue with packing (pocketbook was forced into a shipping box that was too small, and arrived a bit crushed), I received NO response (no comment, no apology, no offer of partial credit).. So I can't leave positive feedback. In the future please use boxes more appropriately sized to the merchandise, (and may I also suggest responding to any issues that are concerning to your buyers. Customer service is what really makes a quality sale!)
