Relief last for hours. Over the counter Bio Freeze does not come any where near Bio Freeze Professional. I have upper back, shoulder and neck pain. I use this product every night before bed and sometimes during the day.

The green biofreeze provides very good cool relief (as opposed to the heat from Tiger balm)—however for only a very short time. It is not helping people with arthritis in their knees. I had some luck using this product on a stiff neck years back.

Best gel on the market.
This is the best gel for sore muscles I’ve ever used. It starts working immediately. Don’t be fooled by the generic brands. They may have the similar active ingredients but they are not the same! I highly recommend Bio Freeze and I will not use anything else.

A Super Product !
This is a great product that works to relieve the pain of arthritis. There are so many rubs, etc. out there that claim to help people with severe arthritic pain but actually do not work well. This certainly does what it claims !! Thanks for a super product !!

Better than the consumer grade...
This stuff is a lot better than the consumer grade stuff you can get at the stores. I have DDD and Ankylosing Spondylitis and I’ve tried all the Arthritis creams, extra strength etc, patches, all of it. Biofreeze works the best but doesn’t last long enough or penetrate quite as deep as I need. Then I found out about and tried the professional grade which lasts longer and has more menthol and deeper penetration. WOW! That’s the boost I was looking for. It in no way replaces my meds but it helps on rough days. Worth the money. Lasts forever. LOVE IT. This stuff is a lot better than the consumer grade stuff you can get at the stores.
