I did have to reset both the printer and computer several times in order to sync. the printer's various modalities with my computer. I also enjoy the HP+ system that uses soy based ink and paper made from sustainable use forests.

Works great!!I wish it would have had a little better description of how to hook up to it,I was hoping to just turn my WiFi Hotspot on on my phone and connect via that, but I actually need another wifi connection, so that's a bummer(my brother has a hotspot,so not as big of a deal)otherwise, everything I was looking for at a very reasonable price!!

Purchased this printer after I abused my second Canon printer. (Nothing wrong with Canon products. I was just too hard on it). I decided to try something different. So far I have been pleased. It is strictly a wi-fi printer and at first, it was a little hard to connect to my wi-fi, but once connectedit has performed well. I have printed from my ipad, laptop (an Acer) and my iphone. I have not had this capability before.All in all, I think the printer is well worth what I paid for it.Purchased this printer after I abused my second Canon printer. HP SMART software and printer are not user friendly !!!!!!
I spent HOURS trying to set up the HP SMART software on my computer. I'm not what I would call very computer smart, however trying to get my computer to print a file on the printer was difficult. Looking back at some of other customer reviews, I should have thought twice, buying the printer. Also, I was disappointed in the lack of printed user documentation sent with the printer

The Representative Mr. Lyndel was very patient in working with me to set it up. My old printer Cannon used a USB cord, this copier does not need that.
I like this printer because I can print color/black, scan documents, copy and send out materials with it without going to the DHL office.
