Highly recommend this crane, not a bolt missing, no bad holes, it took me about 1-1/2 to assemble, and the foot print is very small, I have a 1 car garage, and it takes up as much room as a heavy duty dolly, I called customer service to get a list of nuts and bolts that should be in the box just to be sure I got all the right parts, I got an answering machine, but unbelievably they returned my call by just using my phone number "I didn't leave a message", but that has never happened to me..
