Could have been Great :(
I was disappointed to find that the 2 bottom fans did NOT work when I received the item. The other 3 were sluggish in starting up but eventually started spinning. I opened a claim and Best Buy honored the return. I know items don't get QC'd before leaving, I guess this was one of them. The pad also seems to be cheaply made. The plastic did not seem very sturdy but just my opinion.

Overall for the price, this is a great product. I was however disappointed with the noise level produced by the fans. For the amount of noise I felt like there should be a little better airflow. I am happy with this product and would purchase again for the price!
