The item was exactly as described, and I was able to get it working with some new batteries, as it had none (which the seller obviously wouldn't know as the back panel was screwed down). The shipping was also relatively fast, coming from Canada to the United States. The seller was also very helpful and quick to refund my purchase when I messed up the shipping address.
