CB got here quickly. Vender wasn't familiar with handheld CB's and wasn't sure other than lights came on. When I installed batteries and tested it, it does not transmit ans speaker is barely understandable. Contacted vender to see what options we had. The vender immediately gave me a refund. Good people and business. I will have no problem doing business with them again and you shouldn't either. Honest business!
