    Great Film, too Many Uses of a Particular Word

    My wife and I had seen it before but didn't remember a whole lot about it. My only criticism, and I rarely object to the language in a film, is that there were way too many f-bombs dropped. You could omit 3/4ths of them, and it wouldn't change the tenor of the movie. Still, it's interesting, and the acting was good.

    A terrible movie

    I purchased this movie because it was a Martin Scorese movie and it had an IMDB rating of 8.3. I am use to the violent movies of Scorese. However, this movie was disgusting. No real story was told. The movie simply consisted of sex orgies, drug parties and foul language.

    Perverted, deviant, degenerate, debased, immoral, twisted & sick!

    Find a port-a-potty at an event where plenty of people have used it. Go inside and close the door. Now stick your head down through the hole under the seat. Take three deep breaths. Now you have saved yourself three hours of your life and received the same results as watching this movie...and you didn't waste any money for the experience. However if you have a great love for the "F" word, getting drunk, taking illegal drugs and prostitutes, this might be the movie for you. A drunken frat boy high on drugs would probably enjoy it. I admit there is some very good acting in this movie. However, I can see no reason to suffer through such depravity to experience good acting.     Rags to riches to prison to riches...

    A terrific true story of a very resourceful and intelligent young man who lusted after money, drugs and sex - in that order. His rise to riches is fast and the way he gets there is amazing and is also illegal. He pays the federal government piper before making an interesting comeback. Leonardo DeCaprio is entertaining and believable as the star of this movie.

    The best movie ever if you are a salesman

    I saw this movie long ago, but it captivated my attention like few movies do. Dicaprio portrays Jordan Belfort in a very special way with a special light. I can watch this movie a hundred times and never get tired of it. If you are a trader, salesman, or even a broker, this is the movie to take you to new challinging heights.
