The item arrived relatively quickly. I got this for a discount for President's day for $188. It probably took an hour or two to set everything up and transfer everything from my previous laptop. I would say that it gets overheated pretty fast. I ended up getting an external fan, hopefully this helps with this issue. It definitely operates faster than my previous laptop, which is needed for the work that I do. It probably has cut my work time by half. Overall, not too bad for the price.

The product is as described but I can not recommend this seller. I made the seller an offer where the listing allowed that to be done. The seller totally ignored the offer, they made no written response. I then purchased an item at their listed price. After I received it, while I was testing it and trying to decide what feedback I might leave, the seller sent me a message, NAGGING ME for 5 star feedback. I find that to be very annoying and have left them negative feedback as a result.
