Seller listed item as new with note that the " dropped box and a brush fell out". Item arrived with old damaged box and a clearly used toothbrush, with dried toothpaste still on brush handle. Requested return assuming they must have sent the wrong item. Seller accepted return, only to contest the case for review in an effort to work through eBay to get their return shipping charges back. AVOID THIS SELLER REPORT THEIR FRAUDULENT ITEMS WHEN LISTED. Not a complainer, check my reviews to confirm.

Buyer claims are false! I have a screenshot of my listing. It didn't say that I dropped the box and a brush fell out. If my listing said that then why would you buy it? The box wasn't old either as you stated. I also have pictures of the items and there condition before it was sipped that I will be sending to EBay. I have been will EBay for over 17 years and this is my first time ever asking for a review of my case. I want all of your buyers to beware of the Fraud you are!!!
