Negatives Bike is really tall probably for a person 6'-5" or 6'-6". I modified the seat clamp and change the seat. Im 5-7 Rear suspension is low quality, only a spring, shock doesn't do much. Changed with a high quality one and changed the angle with a bracket Now as confi as my sofa! Positives Great Packaging assembly in 30min Great Front suspension Amazing look, design and build! great brakes! Riding it feels like switching between a bike and a 50cc scooter! For a thousand bucks it is gold!!

Excellent bike for price
Excellent ride, 40 miles per charge* even with uphill terrain. Easy to ride and goes on any terrain, can adjust shocks for any situation. Urban or off road this bike gets you there. (*running eco mode for uphill and maintaining pedal motion to limit battery) max speed 27 on flat in 4th , uphill 13 mph with pedal assist , downhill have maxed at 35+mph.

Great bike but does have issues
Love the bike, I’m 6’1 250lbs and this bike has plenty of power, the only issues I have are the following 3, the display doesn’t tighten up enough on the handle bars, the seat is horrible, but the worst complaint is the menu on the display, the instructions are useless, so I tried to find a similar one online and go thru the menu which helped, but this bikes options are different in some areas and you can not set it to only pedal assist or throttle. It sets it to both no matter what setting. Reached out to the company and they have no assist for the menu. If you want to go slow, the first level of pedal assist is too fast.
