D class monoblock 1000 rms
This Genx6000.1d is a fan cooled 7.5" wide subwoofer amplifier that is essentially 18" long. It has an included LPL, with remote lead. It is 1 ohm stable, and the logo lights up red, when it's activated. The amp's relative small form factor is great, and the spacers visible on the bottom ensure air circulation around the entire piece, the screwholes are behind the removable endcaps. The terminals are good, and stand up to repeat use very well. Needs external fuse. Very sturdy, and the heat sink is heavy and well made. The trimpots are good quality, as well as the rca inputs, and the internals are all well appointed, fastened to the board, and well connected. I love this amplifier, it's an excellent value, great price, and meets the specifications listed in the literature. I will be ... I will be purchasing more of these, and using them as 1000 watt modules, although they are 2000 rms rated. The efficiency claimed about Genx amplifiers in that they do not require a lot of electrical modification is true, I run 2000 rms with these on a stock charging system with a second battery, and my headlights are not flickering at full vloume, and this Ds18 system is very loud. My entire system is Ds18, and all the elements are consistent to each other and a competition standard.

Not what you think it will be
Amp gets hot on 4 ohm load quick and goes into protect.....if your running 1 single voice coil sub you may be ok but I’m running 2 ex 8s and this amp can’t handle them at 4 ohm
