The combo data cable / charger (which I hadn't had previously, with other Tungsten E2s) is a tight fit. Best to insert it one side at a time, starting with the non-charger side (i.e., the side with the single protuberance). Thanks to the seller (rudyc818) for being so responsive. And the E2 was better off than advertised.
