I really liked how he sent me a video showing how he hooked the guitar up to a computer as he tested the it. Apparently he has some kind of computer software that actually shows the functioning of the frets and the strum bar which basically guarantees the buttons are fixed properly. Also, great turn-around time in getting the guitar fixed and back to me. Again, very professional service!
