Seller shipped fast and packaged the items carefully, however one item arrived damaged through no fault of their own. Unfortunately due to packaging and the USPS the item is damaged and can not be repaired or replaced. I contacted seller with pictures and received an almost immediate response. I explained to seller that it had a value now of parts only. Seller asked me to put a parts value on item and we came to a mutual agreement. Seller refunded the difference within 12 hours.
