I received a good variety of sizes of rocks. The rocks will work really well for the terrarium I want to build. They could have been packaged better as they got banged around a lot in shipping and there was some breakage and there were holes in the shipping box because the rocks were not secure and moved around a lot.

The seller was helpful and answered any questions I asked. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but the shrimp were packaged very securely. Unfortunately I received 5 DOA and 7 alive. However, one of my shrimp came with eggs already. Id say that made up for it and they offered me a refund for the ones that died.

Listing says “heat pack included” but there was none. Packaging consisted of some crumpled paper and a plastic container in a plain box. Every single snail arrived frozen and dead. Gave them a day or so to see if any revived, messaged seller but no response.
