I installed this unit along with a dedicated power supply with a fused disconnect. All went smoothly. Thank goodness there's Google. The installation instructions were vague at best. Very happy with this Mini Split. Very, very quiet. I've purchased numerous window units that claim to be soo quiet. Haier Serenity - not quite. Midea - not quite.
But this Mini Split Inverter is awesome. Very quiet.
You won't be disappointed as long as you have experience in electric, and general construction.

Ordered two 1200BTU mini splits 17 seer2 everything went really good. Shipping was very fast. One of the reasons I purchased from this seller was it was advertised as a 17 seer2, but what I received was a 16 seer2 both units. I really don't think that will make much of a difference in efficiency. It just was not what I ordered with no communication about it.

We understand your dissatisfaction, but it is an error in the design of the equipment's packaging. We have sent you the AHRI certificate for the unit via message so that you can verify that the SEER2 rating of the unit is indeed 17, and not 16 as indicated on the packaging.
