Received my AC in just 2 days! Refurbished but seems like brand new! This same model was over $100 more elsewhere, and it’s running perfect- my living room is finally cool. I did have to search online for the right app to download to utilize the WiFi capabilities (ConnectLife app) but that’s a manufacturer issue not a seller issue, I think Hisense should’ve included that info in the user manual. I’m super pleased with the purchase, quality, price and speed of shipping. A+++

The item came in a timely manner with only one spot on the box with a chunk out plz note this is shippers fault not the Ebay member.....inside the packaging were bent coils about the size of a silver dollar same place as box damage. We decided to keep to keep it & we have been pleasantly surprised by how it works ....it cools a room that is 15x22 ft in few minutes ...the fan is louder than we expected but it is close my head? We will say for the money if you don't mind refurb you can't lose!.
