This was an Open Box order. The chrome book arrived on the earlier side of the delivery estimate, so that was appreciated. The chrome book was inside a box that was not for that chrome book and the AC adapter was missing. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly and professionally and provided a partial refund to go towards the purchase of a new AC adapter. Chrome book appears to work fine, so while there were some hiccups, overall, it was a good experience.
