The item was listed as new and the amiibo box was really beat up smooshed into a shipping box too small for it. So definitely not new. If you care about the condition of your item, be wary of this seller. The price was good though, and I only really wanted the amiibo inside the box, which was in good shape (because it was in a mutilated amiibo box). So I'm happy with my purchase.
