Seller listed the tube as "New Old Stock" with a photo showing the tube with a carton.
New Old Stock is an unambiguous term in vacuum tube commerce. I received a tube without carton - the tube's base pins and glass envelope had been hard scraped to alter its appearance - the tube was clearly not N.O.S. .
On this the seller replied the tube "was tested before shipping and tested new" with zero concern about mis-representing the item.

Buyer was offered a full refund including shipping but chooses to leave negative feedback and keep the so called (not NOS tube) which I'm sure he's using at this moment. When asked for scientific evidence he did not provide it, which means his narrative is simply his opinion and not factual Information.
