Works well with Windows 10. Stand is a little wobbly
Plugged it into my Windows 10 laptop, and Windows recognized it instantly. Also, the antennas are replaceable, which is why I got this adapter. I replaced the antennas with directional ones, and it works very nicely. The USB stand is a little wobbly. It works, and this is a cheap kit (the Wi-Fi adapter itself feels solid). I do expect the possibility of the stand wearing out over time if there's vibrations, like if you type on the keyboard hard. Still, I do like the stand because a Wi-Fi adapter like this can put weight on the USB port, and this Wi-Fi setup is a little on the heavy side (1/2 lb, but the antennas will add some torque). You can replace the stand later, and it feels like a USB extension cable would work great with the adapterPlugged it into my Windows 10 laptop, and Windows recognized it instantly. Works well but disconnects from router frequently
The product was fairly easy to set up, and the speed is very fast. However, my computer keeps disconnecting from the internet modem, and I have to reset it several times a day. I'm not sure what the problem is, but there is a problem somewhere between the computer and the WIFI adapter. I don't have that problem on my other computer, which also has a wireless adapter.

Had to change adapter settings. So far everything was easy. The first thing I did was a test speed which was download and upload increased, ping is lower, jitter lower. I recommend using a USB extension cable with this so the USB connector doesn't break. off.
This works very well and the prices is good, the one problem with it is it's very easy to break the USB connector off, so I would recommend using a USB extension cable inbetween this and your Laptop, that way the USB connector won't break off.

Fast speed, durable construction, easy hookup and great value
I have an beautiful hp spectre, and the network card fails 75% of the time, taking hours to restart. This has taken my hunk of $2200 junk, and made it a nice laptop. It's fast, compact, gets a fantastic signal and is not awkward to travel with. It's fairly solid so I'm not that concerned about breakage. Speed construction quality all good....
