I admit to being hesitant about ordering an item that is refurbished or open box. My experience has been so far with these headphones very positive, and the savings is significantly lower in price than the new ones sold at retail. The sound quality is very good. The battery lasts significantly longer than my AirPods Pro and charges significantly faster too. My only complaint is there was not an instruction booklet on how to use. there was no problem finding what I needed to know from Google.
