The phone came in a very nice physical condition. The front screen and the back side is in very good & optimal condition. The tempered screen guard came pre-attached with a perfect fit on the screen. Other accessories are in the box as well. There are some minor bents & discoloration on the side of the phone which are minimal and can be easily ignored or a phone case can be used to easily hide those. Overall a great purchase with great shipping experience.

This particular phone is hanging on but the seller is dishonest when they say they will issue a full refund for a defective phone. I purchased 2 iPhones and one arrived defective. So defective that it kept turn off and on indicating a clear battery issue. Battery was at 79% instead of 80% or above as claimed.
