Product was as described and arrived on time. It was a great value and it operates as described. The shipping was less than good by UPS. It was delivered to my house with no notification of the delivery. When I discovered it in my driveway some time later, I found the packaging damaged to the point of openings allowing the loss of items within. It was missing the attachment hardware for the two wheels. Calif. Air Tools has not responded to my request for the two wheel attachment kits.
