    Worth its current price in 2020, but the updates were a step down.

    The S8 performs well. That being said, when I was shopping for phones, what attracted me to this model was many cool features that were touted in many review videos. But, those videos were made when the device was new in 2017. Since then, the updates they did to it made it less cool! I was expecting to find several customization settings that no longer exist. It seems like the newest applied updates took away some of its best assets, rather than improved them or left them alone. But like I said, it performs well, considering my last phone was an S5!

    Very nice!

    This was a good upgrade from my S5. I was concerned about the loss of the "home" button, but then found out its still there, it's just not a physical push button anymore. Seems fast, portable, easy. One con is that I liked being able to make type larger/smaller with the left volume button on my S5. Can't do that with this one. Overall I love this S8!

    Another good one

    Very nice. Was a little different to set up. I have another - a 9 which was easy. I put it on "easy mode" and could find functions wanted. Thats how I found the apps. Otherwise I had no idea where they were. Works really well. Accepted my old sd card without any problem(from a S 4). I am hoping this is my last phone but without being able to replace battery IDK.

    Amazing phone, keep insurance available

    My first ever expensive phone and what I loved about it was the insurance I was able to purchase with it cuz that ALOT of money to put out on a device and accidents happen so to be able to purchase a piece of mind for insurance is what made me choose to go ahead with my purchase of this phone, honestly if the square trade 2 year protection plan wasn't an option I would NOT of purchased the Samsung Galaxy s8 or recommend anyone else purchasing it! Please keep insurance Available and I will definitely recommend this! This phone is absolutely amazing and the technology capable with it blows my mind!
