    Good value for a basic GPS

    This is a god value for the money. I purchased one new in 2008 and just got my second one. It is very easy to use, and very easy learning curve getting started. To me it rivals some of the bigger name brands. It does not have live traffic updates or bluetooth or any of the high end features, bu it does a good job for a basic GPS. It also has a built in MP3 player. The only downside is that you can't play music thru it while using it as a GPS. The text to speach is pretty good, and most of the time the GPS is accurate. I don't know of any that are perfect, but this one gets a thumbs up from me as a good, solid, lower budget unit.

    Nextar x3-08 GPS Unit

    My wife bought me one of these last year for Christmas. It's simple to use. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but it is nice and it gets you where you need to go. It has ONE button mute, which is nice. (To mute my Garmin, I have to punch the screen three times to mute it, and two more times to get back to the map.)

    Better than I expected.

    This item seems to be better than I expected according to the owneres manual, however I have not used the unit in the car. I will do that tommorow. I bought this product because of the price. I like the product (so far) because it seems to have more features than I expected. I dislike this product because it does not have a QWERTY input. This product seems to have more features than most in this price range.

    Great product easy operation.

    I've tried others this one's just easy to use. Map upgrade is expensive. Happy I don't need an upgrade. I even tried a different model by the same company and it didn't compare to this one. This is my second one of this model. I had a lot of hours on my original and I think it dird of heat stroke.
